What does a business coach really do?
A business coach works with the leadership of a company to understand their goals and help them create a plan to achieve them. Strategy sessions are held quarterly. During each quarter the business coach may engage in other activities such as leadership coaching sessions.

What is a leadership coaching session?
A series of one-on-one leadership coaching sessions where the coach guides the leader through the steps of achieving the goals set out by the leadership team. These sessions happen once per week or more often as needed. A leadership coaching session lasts between one hour to 90 minutes.
