For our latest #FiresideChat, we were joined by Andrea Morgan-Schönwetter from #CARIAD.

Andrea Morgan-Schönwetter, born and raised in Munich, studied business administration in Regensburg and worked in various functions and companies at Deutsche Telekom AG. She managed international HR projects and was responsible for the group's HR marketing and employer branding. In January 2019, she became the Head of Recruiting and Talent Marketing at Volkswagen AG, where she was responsible for setting up a central unit around the topics of HR marketing, recruiting and personnel selection. Since 2021, she has been Head of Recruiting & Employer Branding at CARIAD.
