Sometimes, I think it is the receiving employment end. Case in point: ZipRecruiter, saved eight times. Restarted the computer once. Sent my resume, OK. Format problem. Fixed format. Sent resume. Nonsense phrases came up and the resume was partially cut off. Fixed resume. Restarted computer. Finally, everything came through clean. Ran out of that program! Tried to enter another job site. Had to copy, paste into Pages. Confirm format, confirm bulletins, spacing and dates in proper side bar site.
Pasted hand format into site. Cover letter was gross. But, I will use it. Thank goodness I pulled off your original and pasted into Page. Next time I brought you app up, surprise, no cover letter!
If I somehow get a job, I will pay you. But ye gads! Oddly starts with a blank folder in front of you. Go to the menu bar and pick new. Read the directions and start inputing the information for the cover letter and resume.
Different blocks of data can be deleted, added or moved around. If you're like me a needs more than a blank canvas, this is a good program.
The final result isn't fancy, just useful. You can take that data and use it somewhere else. Note, you better copy the data to Word as it just saves a pdf. Also, its free but they are hoping you send them money after a successful result. There are a few bugs - you click on a section and the wrong section pops up to work on.
It can be trial and error sometimes. It crashes about once an hour. It works though. I needed a resume in a very short time. I looked through the templets and resume catagory apps. I decided to pick this one.
I made a great choice. I entered what it the prompts said went there. It is a little clunky to add each extra work history history spots, but it only took a few seconds to figure it out.
