The Trust is passionate about both the academic achievement of its students and their growth as adult citizens and individuals. Drawn from the local inner-city community the school roll comprises a significant number of students eligible for Free School Meals and those for whom English is not their first home language. The Trust has a highly inclusive focus, a strong ethos of celebrating diversity and a strong pastoral system. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, exceptional leadership qualities, superior knowledge of accounting principles, and good interpersonal skills. Be wary of candidates with poor organizational skills, limited knowledge of regulations and policies, and limited knowledge of business operations. Look for candidates that subscribe to various financial publications.
