I learned how to interact with customers and how to decorate cakes. The management could use some work it is a family owned business and they like having things done "the old fashioned way". The hardest part of the job was not having the technology that was needed. The most enjoyable part of the job was customer interaction. Pros Flexible work schedule.

Decent job overall, fun coworkers, etc. You spend your time helping customers, stocking the products, and cleaning. But the management here is horrible. There is a huge lack of communication between the main boss and the employees. Also very racist when it comes to pay and selling tactics.

Yes There are 1 helpful reviews 1 No. I didn't mind working at Baskin Robbins, it was a fun job, I love working with my co workers, but the management at Baskin Robbins was ridiculous. The mangers were so rude to there employees, they were racists. The mangers would talk badly about you to other employees and they blame people for things they didn't do. The mangers did have there favorites, and if you requested some days off they wouldn't schedule you for a whole week.
Other than the management it would be a good place to work at. The mangers just need to know that people still have feelings and if they didn't know this already if you have nothing nice to say don't say it at all :. Pros Flexible Schedules. Management cab be very rude and hard to get along with. You'll most likely get carpel tunnel in your wrist from scooping ice cream.

Very nice people but they have owned the buisness for many years and they don't know or use and modern advances in things like counting money and cleaning.
