Chipotle to hike wages, offer up to $750 in referral bonuses in attempt to hire 20,000 workers


As chief restaurant officer Scott Boatwright recently shared with QSR, Chipotle understands the value of retention all too well. Just last year alone, the company promoted 13, people at all levels.
