I worked hours as a delivery driver. The work environment was somewhat clique-y and played favorites. New people did not get enough time to learn the extremely complicated menu so turnover was high. Management was not understanding enough, extremely harsh towards line workers. It worked out for me because I worked on my own as a delivery driver and did not have to deal with being in the cafe as much. Pros Big discount on lunch. Flexible hours. Enjoyed working with the crew and management was very chill yet strict on our time to serve and making sure we were in line while also enjoying our time there and gives you a chance to learn and do whatever kind of shift fit your needs , I learned how to do most things provided at Panera through guided work and training.
