This role will work closely with the German business to identify opportunities and prioritise a pipeline to design, develop and run process solutions to maximise business benefits.

Specifically, this role will co-lead a change programme for our German Operations Teams. The role will drive strong engagement with the business and work closely with senior stakeholders to generate and maintain buy in for change, bringing the operation on the improvement journey so new ways of working are adopted and embedded.

In addition this role would: Continuously identify and drive value generation opportunities that are aligned to key business priorities. Train, coach and embed an Innovation, Lean, data driven and continuous improvement culture. Build, manage and strengthen the PSO process excellence capability and outcomes. Lead and conduct end-to-end strategic process improvements in a structured manner across the benefit levers of Process Simplification, Re-engineering, Digitisation and Automation.

Perform current state analysis, identify key areas of improvements, build a future state via automation, re-imagined steps etc. Collaborate with data, risk and other FIL subject area teams to drive future state process solutions that are measurable, robust, secure and scalable. Provide regular updates to senior management and ensure successful project executions. Conceptulize, plan and execute process improvement drives like Ideathons etc. Manage senior business and PSO stakeholder's needs proactively.

Lead, manage and grow a team of process excellence experts including allocation, utilization, performance and growth. Continuously strengthen PEX Methdologies, tools and skills with best practices, reusable solutions and innovative ideas.

Change Management Identify changes and perform detail change impact analysis. Strongly partner with business and technology teams to drive changes and accomplish related change impacts. About you Fluent German and English speaking. Experience in building a unit or org wide process improvement culture based on industry best practices like Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Systems Thinking, Design Thinking etc. Stout experience in managing a team of process excellence experts Wide stakeholder engagement, influencing and change management experience in leading global process improvement projects.

Excellent communication skills with strong executive presence. Analytical and creative bent of mind with strong consultative approch. Experience of working in agile teams - scrum. Preferable to have experience or exposure of Intelligent Automation e. Proven project, change and programme management experience.

Ability to communicate complex and emotive topics to different audiences through a range of data, written and verbal methods. Knowledge of the financial service industry.
