Now I decided, to be smart instead of going through interview process within organisation, I will give interview else where so my package also increases. I was asked to attend another IJP and I was through, but asked to continue with same.

They will move you to some program called Employee Assessment program not sure if it is the right term and you should know that it mean your time in Wells Fargo has almost come to an end. Be very very cautious before you think about joining here. Work timings: Strict Timings. The work culture is superb. Work starts and ends a little late in comparison to indian companies but it's really flexible as long as you get the work done.
The office campus is the best. The management is great. The on-boarding training was very comprehensive. Salary is not great if comparing with other US based banks.
This is a good company for a long term perspective if you want to stay in consumer or retail banking. It's a very big company so things are implemented slowly and technologies are a bit traditional. The work life is really balanced in Wells with a lot of engagement and inter-team activities taking place regularly.
Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City. The company new management is the concern making employees work overtime ,no work life balance , long working hours and not paying for extra time, absolute work pressure , and not so good work environment etc.
No proper growth beyond 2 or 3 years. Too much power to lower management reporting managers people, which is not good for any company. This brings sense of insecurity among employees. Still worklife balance is good compared to many service based companies but it's rapidly changing towards south! I was working with a beautiful team for past Five years.. We had a work-life balance.. We had many new things to learn. Supportive manager and the team tooo.. I don't dislike anything about WellsFargo because it is an essential part of my success but the recent decesions that were taken upon are team were not Fair..
We did all the hardwork, invested all the energy, knowledge to the team. However, our team was retired without any prior notice to us. We were forcefully moved to a different team where we no were belong tooo This is not fair at all The management was not Transperent about their decesions Work days: Rotational Shift Strict Timings. The new project are very dirty no standardization so you will fed up and to stretch our working hours causes many health issues.
The work culture is good ,there are some colleagues who work in this company for almost 20years. So many events happens apart from the work. Promotion is like depends on the mood of the management. Even if you work so hard ,it might skip away from your year end. Work life is really. There is system called gold coin. If you work hard and give the result ,you get the coin and awards. Company is good in terms of job security and gives out good pay which are outside the CTC like bonus and night shift allowance Logout after 12pm however CTC provided will be low compared bro competitors.
The management I worked with was really bad and there was a lot of negatives associated with that,personally never liked out there but friends from other process really did , in the end it depends on ur manager ,Team members and your work.
