Job Shadowing and Internships

Due to the number of students who have enrolled for the 1st vaccine clinic on Thursday, September 9, , we have worked with OhioHealth to add a 2nd clinic for Thursday, September 16, , again from 3pm to 7pm at Lakeview Junior High, Ault Rd.

The second dose for this second clinic will be announced at a later time. The registration form for the September 16, , clinic can be accessed by clicking on this link. Those who register for this 2nd clinic will be eligible for their events beginning on Friday, September 17, as long as they get the first dose on Thursday, September 16th as planned. Please submit only one registration per student—families with multiple eligible students should submit one survey per student.
