Working at CloverHealth was an amazing experience. The initial training was almost 2 weeks and it was paid for. It was very informative to the point and very easy to follow along with. There was room for improvement and managers were very encouraging and helpful throughout the entire process. Working with the public and getting leads was always exciting meeting different people every day.

There was a base pay and commission you have your weekends to yourself unless you want to work! Small company. Very poor management. Very poor medical management. All profit driven. Other departments were very slow when it came to getting anything done which made the job harder than it needed to be. They laid off entire departments with no explanation then let go of the sales team after telling us not to worry our jobs were secure.

Training was a joke, 2 weeks and you are thrown into the deep end. Management is total lip service. Supervisor was severely oppressive and picked on her subordinates. This place was a joke, and I jumped ship right before they started the lay offs.

Workplace culture was very diverse. Everyone was very friendly. Snacks and lunch was provided. Management was knowledgeable and eager to share what they know. They decide it was less expensive to outsource the department, let us all go. As an employee you give your all but management shows no loyalty. The turnover is tremendous.
