CLS provides customer service through direct interaction with internal dealer clients as well as internally working with the Commercial Auto client teams. The Loan Servicing Specialist 3 position will be responsible for reviewing, researching, processing, and responding to basic to moderate written and phone inquiries from dealer customers, auctions, and internal partners pertaining to Commercial Auto floor plan and nonfloorplan loans and various areas within loan servicing.
Some functions include: floorplan loan review and advances, payment and invoice research, inventory takeovers and payoffs, researching and analyzing problems and recommending solutions; conducting periodic audits of files; Input data and process information into multiple systems of record; may also coordinate loan disbursements in accordance with loan documentation; may perform procedures related to advances and pay downs, and processing of payment requests.
Within the commercial business is responsible for payment processing, check disbursements, imaging and document management. Schedule: Monday — Friday; 8am — 5pm with a rotation of am — pm during day light savings. Hours may change in the future due to business needs. They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance , which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions.
