Concord, NH. Prepares requisitions for supplies and equipment to keep the park up to approved standards. Assists in ensuring park is maintained to the highest standards of appearance and function including, bathroom function and appearance, trash collection and removal, and parking lot cleanliness, facility interior and exterior condition and appearance, lawn and landscaping appearance, and sign appropriateness and condition. Ensures properly functioning infrastructure and supporting equipment. Operates equipment to include but not limited to chainsaws, lawn mowers, string strimmeris and other power tools and equipment. Cleans and performs routine and minor maintenance of vehicles and equipment. Works with regional supervisor to maintain positive, productive community, organizational, volunteer, intra-agency and inter-agency relationships while representing and supporting the park systemis management priorities. Establishes and maintains positive working relationships and regular communication with town officials, law enforcement and emergency response personnel and other state agencies, parks boards and commissions and local nonprofit organizations. At direction of regional supervisor attends and represents the park at community and professional meetings and conferences. Ensures park equipment and tools are maintained and used safely with all required PPE.
