I don't want to enable VSync to limit fps to monitor's refresh rate , I want an FPS lower than my refresh rate since it goes down below it from time to time anyway. Here you will not have to do anything, just click on start and see how many fps you have. I remenber when the game relased, i could get 60 FPS with no problems.
